A Texas Couple's Mountain Engagement Photo Shoot in Woodland Park, Colorado
When a sweet couple from Texas reached out about their engagement session, they had one main request: a stunning mountain view with plenty of trees and greenery. Challenge accepted!
Weeks before the session, I headed up to Woodland Park, Colorado with my husband and puppy to scout out the ideal location. After some searching, I found a hidden valley near Rampart Range that ticked all the boxes. It was secluded, away from the hikers, offering the quiet and privacy perfect for capturing intimate moments. Plus, there was no hiking involved, just an easy short walk to the beautiful views.
On the day of the shoot, we took full advantage of the Colorado views, blue sky, trees, and green hills. I loved working with Chelsie and Elie, they were an absolute blast to work with! They were so kind, funny, and so in love with each other.
By the time we wrapped up, I knew this would be one of my favorite mountain locations. The photo shoot was a reminder of why I love what I do – helping couples capture beautiful moments in equally beautiful places.
